All our experience enables us to offer a high quality building project management service including a low cost property maintenance service, for residential and commercial rental properties, covering all aspects such as decoration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.

- Organising insurance for the duration of the project
- Organising and agreeing on a total budget and building schedule for the whole project
- Sending out tenders for and selecting all subcontractors involved in the project
- Supervising and co-ordinating all subcontractors work
- Dealing with suppliers, getting best prices on all materials and passing on all trade discounts to you
- Making sure materials are ordered and delivered on time
- Ensuring that all health and safety issues are adhered to on site
- Liaising with architects and engineers to ensure that your wishes are accounted for at all times
- Making sure all projects come in on time and also providing an unbeatable after sales service.
